When you submit a contact or support form, KingoMarkt receives the name, email, marketplace, order reference, subject, message, and consent confirmation you provide. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, authentication codes, full payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
2. Hosting and form processing
This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes form submissions and technical request data to provide hosting, security, and form services. Review Netlify's current privacy documentation for details about its role and processing locations.
3. How information is used
Submitted information is used to understand, respond to, and maintain a record of your request, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. It is not sold through this website.
4. Analytics
No analytics or advertising trackers are enabled by default. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled later, this policy must be updated to describe the provider, data collected, purpose, legal basis, retention, and any consent requirements.
5. Cookies
This project does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Netlify or linked third-party services may use essential technologies under their own policies. Following a marketplace or social link takes you to a separate service.
6. Retention
Contact and support submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last support interaction, unless a longer period is necessary to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data or complain to a supervisory authority. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
